I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, nestled in a serene and peaceful area. I loved being close to the small lake and the lush gardens surrounding the hotel. It truly felt like a relaxing oasis. The service was top-notch, with room service available and the staff always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room amenities were excellent, with everything I needed, from ironing facilities to a well-stocked mini-bar. I especially enjoyed spending time on the terrace, taking in the beautiful surroundings. The free toiletries provided were of high quality, and the room itself was cozy and inviting, with a comfortable carpeted floor and a well-functioning alarm clock.
I can't recommend this hotel enough. It exceeded all my expectations and provided me with a truly enjoyable and luxurious experience.

As with all Germany Hotels their Pillows take some getting used to, even after 10 years of travelling in Germany I still loath them....

Great location between two notable touristic attractions, offering easy access to both, and surrounded by beautiful scenery. The hotel's décor adds to the overall experience, making it visually appealing and welcoming. Breakfast was a highlight of the stay, with a buffet full of quality food and the possibility to order additional hot items according to personal taste.
Our room lacked basic amenities, and the bathroom was small and outdated. Although the room was clean, a musty smell lingered which detracted from the experience.

Located in a serene area surrounded by nature, this hotel provides a peaceful and pleasant stay. Set near a small lake, guests can enjoy a tranquil environment. the gardens are a lovely place to relax in the sun. Rooms are nicely furnished with modern facilities, comfy beds, and clean bathrooms. Staff offers impressive service and the breakfast buffet presents a delicious spread with fresh options to choose from.
Some parts of the building, such as the common areas or exterior walls, may need a bit of refurbishment.

The hotel is located in a serene location, with a beautiful lake that offers a nice walking experience. The staff were friendly and always willing to offer help. The breakfast was good. Also, the WIFI had good connectivity.
The rooms weren't up to the expected standards. The room was very cold and there weren't any toiletries besides one big bottle for everything. The beddings and towels were not very fresh, and the room had an unpleasant smell.
